Programs
Sleep Program
Carolyn looks beyond standard sleep hygiene advice to consider what might be keeping you awake, whether that’s habits, stress, trauma, anxiety, nightmares, night-time eating, pain, itching or something else. Together, you’ll work out some practical strategies to help you rest.
ADHD Program
Carolyn’s ADHD program focuses on the daily life challenges, whether that’s focus, overwhelm, procrastination, emotional ups and downs, sleep, stress or anxiety, and find strategies that suit your brain and your routine.
Chronic conditions and pain program
Carolyn’s program draws on the latest neuroscience to help you understand how pain and long-term health conditions affect the brain and body, and how stress can make them harder to live with. Together, you’ll look at what might be amplifying your symptoms, whether that’s stress, poor sleep, anxiety, worry about flare-ups, or the strain of pushing through, and build practical ways to ease it.
Sessions are warm, validating and collaborative.
